# EigenAtom builds MemScope

EigenAtom is the company behind MemScope, governed organizational memory for AI. We build the layer that lets an organization's AI assistants share what they learn while the organization, not the AI, decides who can read it.

## What we build

MemScope gives ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other AI agents one shared memory, over MCP or a REST API. An assistant saves only what a person asks it to remember. AI suggests labels; your organization's policy decides who can read each memory; and recall returns only what the signed-in person may see.

## Why MemScope exists

Every assistant learns something useful, then it disappears inside a single conversation. Sharing everything would leak HR, legal and executive knowledge to the wrong people; sharing nothing keeps every team starting from zero. MemScope separates the AI that labels memory from the policy that decides access, so sharing organizational knowledge never means oversharing it.

## What we hold ourselves to

- **Only what you ask to keep.** No scraping, no transcript ingestion.
- **AI never grants access.** A deterministic policy decides every read.
- **Admins manage, they don't read.** There is no admin bypass.
- **Our staff see XXX.** Unless you grant time-limited, audited support access.
